Cancellation Policy

Check-in at Western Strands is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 noon on the day of departure.

Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking.

Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 14 days, or failure to arrive, will result in the full accommodation charge being applied to the credit card on file.
